Construction Manager - Full-time / Part-time

** Immediate Construction Management Opportunities**

My client is currently hiring for Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers for full time long term opportunities. My client specializes in commercial and industrial construction projects and has been in the industry for over 10 years.

This candidate must have the following:

1. Construction Management experience (could be called Superintendent, PM, or something similar depending on company he/she is coming from.
2. Ability to conduct their work safely, following OSHA standards.
3. Experience working with Subcontractors, Estimators, and acknowledging budget constraints in order to complete jobs.

This candidate will be responsible for the construction management of utilities based projects throughout central New Jersey. This means managing handling all coordination and communication of pricing, material, and manpower for construction projects.

This person is responsible for understanding what the budget is for each project, what the estimation is for equipment, manpower, time lines, etc. so that he can manage the project within these confines.
