Financial Analyst II

Aerotek's client is currently hiring for a Financial Analyst. This role will primarily focus on the company's capital investment process but will also provide support for financial forecasting, management reporting,and variance analysis. This position requires strong spreadsheet skills as the candidate will be expected to build a foundation of new tools and reporting for the business.


How you will impact the company:
● Develop monthly reporting to track capital investments by project type and location
● Implement capital forecasting process to estimate future cash outlays vs. budget
● Prepare materials for capital review meetings with HH&B Leadership Team
● Perform post-completion audits to track actual vs. estimated financial returns on key capital projects
● Track movements in currency rates and key input costs and perform sensitivity analysis to understand inflation/deflation impact on revenue and earnings
● Assist in consolidation and review of monthly financial forecasts
● Develop reporting on working capital trends (inventory and A/R)
● Analyze and report on key revenue and cost variances vs budget, forecast and prior year
● Track cost productivity initiatives and report on P&L and run-rate savings progress

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
● 3+ years of related finance experience (budgets, capital projects, forecasting, variance analysis) preferably in a manufacturing organization of a business with a global footprint
● Intermediate to advanced level skills with Excel spreadsheets, experience with Hyperion, SAP, or similar financial ERP/IT systems is preferred

Contract Length: 6 months
