Major Areas of Responsibility

ANALYSIS:

• Analyzes performance against defined benchmarks of IT services.
• Makes recommendations based on analysis. Contributes to metrics as needed into presentations for senior executives.
• Works with existing team and 3rd party resources as required to develop strategy for end to end solutions and considers potential changes in the IT environments as part of these decisions..
  
  

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT:

• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements control plans.
• Identifies area for improvement and considers candidates for potential Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Partners with IT groups to validate hardware and software inventories
  
  

SUPPORT:

• Maintains SOP documentation
• Follows TJX SDP process for related projects
• Has awareness of ITIL and SDP methodologies.
• Partners with team members for back up and on call processes when required.
• Attends meetings and assumes tasks in the absence of others

DECISION MAKING

• Process improvement recommendations
• Identifies/recommends appropriate solutions based on customer requests
• Determines effectiveness of measurement systems
• Technical decisions in the approach to analyzing measurement systems, metrics, benchmarks and process capability

JOB KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS/Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience
• HP UCMDB deployment and administration expert
• Deep understanding of discovery and mapping solutions
• Knowledge of ITIL foundations
• Experience in ServiceNow ITSM platform
• Proven analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to directly influence peers and those outside reporting relationship
• Ability to conceptualize and communicate business needs and translate them into actionable proposals
• Experience in operating at all levels of the business
• Ability to work well independently
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus

Minimum experience required to perform this job.

• 3 years related within a comparable environment
