Sales Manager

Virginia Tire & Auto is looking for Sales Associates/Customer Service manager to join our team at our Springfield Location. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this position is directly responsible for the supervision of the Sales Associates.

We are looking for managers that can exemplify our values.The Position is expected to ensure the implementation of sales support and that high levels of customer service and satisfaction are upheld. Management experience required. All candidates must be well spoken and able to present themselves to others in a professional manner.

• Daily interactions with Customers
• Sales process and workflow management
• Customer service quality control
• Training and development
• Showroom management
• Inventory management
• Performance and expectation setting
• Interviewing

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or its equivalency
• Automotive-industry experience and expertise
• The Sales Manager must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
