Compensation & Benefits

• Salespeople can make between $60,000 to $100,000 in their first year, depending on their commitment and hard work
• Bi Weekly draw
• Advancement opportunities
• Company Truck after 45 days to qualifiers
• Targeted work hours, no unnecessary office time!

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
• Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections
• Must be Tech savy
• Roofing industry or storm restoration experience is required
• Driven, aggressive individuals that will cold call for leads
• Outgoing personality to generate regular customer referrals
• Strong closing ability to run company generated leads
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in order to work with insurance adjusters
• Ability to meet monthly sales quota
