Key Requirements:

Reporting to the Director of Facilities, you will be professionally responsible for Facilities/ Engineering Operations Management of this prestigious International School and must possess the following:

 

  • Experience managing multi-service operations department staff: Facilities Maintenance & Custodial
  • Excellent verbal/ written communication skills
  • A strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, CMMS and the ability to make proper judgement regarding equipment;
  • Strong Organizational skills and the ability to multitask;
  • Must have strong project management skills;
  • Previous experience with client relations.
  • Experience building and managing exceptional teams;
  • Ability to manage processes, system implementation, and prioritize work flow;
  • Experience managing and tracking inventory;
  • Must have strong computer skills and experience.
