Staffmark has 2 immediate openings for Team Trainer in West Columbia Logistics Environment. Positions are Temp to Hire and pay $15/hr. Both day and evening available, 10 hour shifts.
Job Description
The Team Trainer will be responsible for training and supervising all new and incoming employees.
Qualified candidates will:
Be Self motivated, responsible, and able to positively motivate others
Have strong computer skills and attention to details
Must be able to operate, or learn how to operate, all equipment in all areas
Good communication skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with good decision making skills
Team player with ability to think "outside the box" for solutions.
Flexible for any shift and various positions.
At least 2-5 years of supervisory and training experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Computer Skills, forklift, and scanner experience a plus.
