Responsibilities: Maximize Hotel conversion to tour through in room calls and Guest Services/Concierge work to sell vacation packages. Provide assistance to all guests such as entertainment suggestions, transportation needs, and recommend dining to ensure their complete satisfaction. Assist Hotel Operations team in ensuring complete customer satisfaction through guest recovery system and tracking customer issues. Tracking of all desk visits and guest interactions to ensure proper reporting is essential. Sell activities and attraction tickets. Your duties will include but not be limited to: * Make arrangements for guests, reservations and provide them with information. * Making calls to hotel guests for desk visits, achieve productivity goals, keep accurate record of guest contacts, desk visits, and vacation package sales, deliver activators (Complimentary gift), and ensure 100% guest satisfaction. * Selling attraction tickets, tracking and reporting all attraction ticket sales, provide concierge, and attend selected hotel functions to maximize tour booking. * In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of GPR, Inc. * Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude at all times especially when interacting with guests, co-workers, and managers. * Must have excellent computer skills including Excel and all the Microsoft Office products. * Must have excellent communication skills on the phone, in person, and in writing. * Must have excellent customer service skills. * Must be flexible with their hours.
