Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping customers with all their needs to ensure their satisfaction. It’s expected that you’re team oriented, have a positive attitude and work close to customers to determine their needs, answer their questions and make great recommendations. Applicants should have a good knowledge of customer service, clothing sizes and general best practices for retail stores 

If you get the job, you will:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information
Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions
“Go the extra mile” to drive more sales
Maintain good stock and presentable condition of assigned areas
Actively seek out customers in store
Remain knowledgeable on clothing items offered and discuss available options
Process purchases using cash register
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Build productive trust relationships with customers

Show knowledge of customer and clothing items
Have hands-on experience processing transactions
Learn the store's inventory procedures
Be able to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
