POSITION SUMMARY:
Trouble shoot, repair, maintain, modify, design, dismantle and install all production and building equipment covering the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and structural areas. Understand PLC's.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Employee indoctrination and job description training
Safety and Quality procedure training
Fork lift training and certification
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to perform and follow preventive Maintenance Procedures.
Perform routine inspections
Has ability to burn, weld, and fabricate new designs
Troubleshoot and repair all equipment in the warehouse. (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, Structural
Motor control wiring AC and DC
Ability to disassemble, repair and reassemble machinery
Monitors inventory of parts and supplies
Communicate with production personnel on maintenance items and work closely with each department to solve these problems.
Make sure all maintenance activity is done in a safe manner by enforcing lock-out of equipment, wearing of safety belts following all department safety procedures.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary to upgrade and maintain the safe, efficient operation of the warehouse.

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Electronic, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic and structural training in one or all of the above in an accredited industrial trade or technical school or have a minimum of five years experience in all the above.
MUST have PLC knowledge and training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
