Seeking an Industrial Electrician in Athens, AL
Qualified candidates will be responsible for installation and repair of all electrical equipment. They must be knowledgeable of principles and techniques commonly used in the electrical field in an industrial setting. Knowledgeable in programming and troubleshooting of all electrical equipment including, but not limited to, PLCs, inverters, and drives throughout the Plant(s). Other responsibilities will be to complete project assignments from supervisor and respond to trouble calls from production and other departments, troubleshoot complex AC and DC drives, troubleshoot electrical sensors and install, repair, replace and maintain motors, drives, controls, starters, lights, power, communication, PLC, and other related control systems. Candidate must have the ability to interpret schematics, prints and oral instructions. They must be able to install and field wire complex PLCs, inverters and other electrical applications. Previous industrial electrical experience is required.
The pay will vary based on Maintenance testing, the pay scale is $15-$25+ an hour depending on skill level and these positions are 12 hour shifts.
