FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Our Client is a highly respected and nationally recognized leader in the document finishing industry. Our client specialize in providing custom presentation materials and supplies to our clients to enable them to present themselves in a highly professional manner.
Our client is seeking a Full Time Direct Hire Field Service Technician with Electro-Mechanical Equipment experience to repair and maintain binding and lamination and various paper handling machines in Oregon and Washington. It is imperative that the Field Service Technician have both Electrical and Mechanical Equipment experience.
Experience in servicing copiers or other office equipment is a plus. Pay includes wage, commission on service contracts and an exceptional benefit package which includes employer paid employee medical, dental, life, disability, paid time off, holidays and retirement.
Respond to customer requests for repair and perform scheduled maintenance of equipment to high standards and to the satisfaction of customers. Commissions on service contracts. Client provides a laptop computer, cell phone, company credit card for expenses and the tools to perform this job. Minimal, infrequent overnight travel necessary. Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills are necessary for success in this position. Must have professional presence and ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers both via telephone and email.
