As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Charter House, you will be part of a quality healthcare team, providing basic care to patients as well as assisting them in daily activities.

As part of your role as an LPN, you will develop rewarding relationships with residents and colleagues and know your work is appreciated each and every day.

Qualifications: Student or Graduate of a school of practical nursing or passed LPN Boards after a defined period in a professional nursing program (e.g. some states allow RN students to take the LPN board exam after completing one to two years in the RN program). If graduation did not occur within the last two years, one year of LPN experience working in an applicable setting is required.

Additional Qualifications: One year LPN experience within the last five years preferred

License or Certification: Must obtain prior to start date:

Current LPN license by applicable state requirements.

Basic Cardiac Life Support for healthcare providers- BCLS -- certificate of course completion required and must not expire within 3 months after start date. A scanned copy of the certificate of completion or transcripts, including your full name, must be attached to your profile to be considered.

We will only accept certificates of course completion from the following providers:

American Heart Association (Title: BLS for Healthcare Providers) Red Cross (Title: CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers or BLS for Healthcare Providers) Military Training Network

Exemption Status: Non-exempt

Compensation Detail: Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $17.69 per hour.

Hours/Pay Period: 40

Schedule Details: 10:00pm-6:30am and 2:00pm-10:30pm; 40 hours every 2 weeks

Weekend Schedule: Every third weekend. 6:30pm-6:30am
