About this job
Intern will track customer orders/order management, data-mining using Excel. Will also complete problem resolution - resolve back orders, timeliness of shipment. Will receive understanding of how to respond to customer inquiries.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a summer internship available at Crayola. This is open to college students currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, including entering freshman.

Requirements
Good communication skills, customer service experience and knowledge of Excel. ERP (SAP) experience is preferred. Must have an interest in customer care.
