Superior customer service skills
Knowledge of wireless industry protocols
High School Diploma/GEDRequires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

Provide a high level of technical support and account service to T-Mobile employees
Ensure Company Store is stocked, cleaned and prepared at all time with devices, accessories and T-Mobile Gear
Work with Floor leaders to ensure proper customer line management and service
Meet and greet customers in a timely manner and ensure they have the best experience ever in a retail store
Work with store staff and leadership team to ensure merchandising and marketing changes are completed on time
