Manager

We are looking for Houston Team members! 

Ballooms is a fun and unique business focused on celebrating in a big way.  This flex-time position encompasses directing and coordinating the operations of Ballooms - Houston division.  Team members will oversee, coordinate and execute the planning, organizing, and leadership necessary to achieve stated sales goals, customer service and satisfaction and product quality. Team members will be responsible for artistically creating all orders, scheduling deliveries and pick up of all Balloom orders. We are looking for self-starters who are creative, flexible with their work schedule, and have the desire and ability to grow with our company as we expand.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Fulfillment of all Balloom orders (prepping, installing, and pickup)
• Superior customer service skills
• Overall supervision of Ballooms workshop & company delivery vehicle 
• Maintaining a safe, organized, clean, and fully equipped workshop. Ensuring all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working conditions.
• In charge of all inventory stocking and reordering
• Maintaining delivery and pick up schedule
• Apply strategic planning to meet company sales goals
• Ability to coordinate and delegate order fulfillment 

Education and Experience

• Be 21 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Have experience and knowledge with service type business
• Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service and employee skills.
• Clean driving record 
• Knowledge of office administrative procedures
• Proficient in relevant software and social media applications
• An active member of your community, with strong connections and knowledge of Houston neighborhoods

• Must be detail oriented with capability to oversee all scheduling and orders
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays 
• Ability to have flexible schedule to adapt to order volume.

• MUST be a team player
• Great sense of direction, you will need a smart phone with a GPS to be able to find your way around our delivery area
• Must be able to carry 20 Lbs and willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Must have the ability to drive a delivery van
