Description
Primary responsibilities include:
- Answering branch calls
- Forecasting Remote ATM cash needs
- Funding vendor cash vaults
- Responding to email inquiries
- Ordering emergency cash needs
- Researching problem cash orders
- Researching of teller differences relative to cash shipments
- Interaction with vendors and internal business lines
- Quality control of work
- Administration of Fiserv cash forecasting system
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Prior branch or cash handling experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM
