Seeking a reliable part-time possibly full-time seasonal Assistant Manager at our Savannah's Candy Kitchen Store at our National Harbor located in Oxon Hill, MD.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities
Include But Aren't Limited To:
- Assisting the manager in executing, planning and arranging strategy's
- Correlating operations
- Ensuring schedules and objectives are met
We are looking for a responsible candidate to assist the General Manager and fill in for them when they're absent. Your work will be critical in ensuring the team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate will be a leader with a strong business mindset. You should also be apt in organizing and solving problems. Interpersonal and mediation skills will be very useful, since you'll often be acting as a point of contact between manager, employees and customers.
The goal is to secure the effective operation of our business and the satisfaction of our guests.
