Construction Materials Tester

ACI/CMT Technician- Concrete Exposure.

Seeking construction materials testing technicians (soils, base, asphalt and concrete). Individual will be collecting samples of soil and concrete and will generate lab reports on a log for managers to reference when they are completing the testing.Technician will be shooting densities with a troxler device.

Average work week is between 50-60 hours per week. Working environment is not climate controlled; primarily working in the outside elements.

All levels of experience are needed from 1 year to 15+.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a valid current Texas Drivers license, have good math skills, be able to work out doors, lift and carry up to 100 pounds, comfortable working any time of the day or night, and be fluent in written and spoken English.

Requirements:

Applicants must have at least one of the following certifications:
Concrete: ACI Field Grade 1
Soils: Nuke gauge certification and/or SB 102
Asphalt: Level 1B, Level 1A, or Level 2
Additional CMT certifications will be a definite plus.
