The Nurse Clinical Coordinator of Surgical Services will work directly with the Manager of Surgical Services to function primarily in supervisory role with responsibilities similar to those of a charge nurse. The Surgical Nurse Coordinator will align strategic departmental initiatives with the mission of the facility and continue to support the surgical nursing unit to produce the best patient care outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Surgical Nurse interested in going on or continuing their management tenure in Surgical Nursing.
