Flexible Hours

You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them.

Closed Sundays

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays, giving you time to focus on your other priority areas outside of the restaurant.

Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator

Our Operator, Derek Johnson, is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant. He enjoys investing his time in his Team Members, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Competitive Pay and Benefits

Along with a competitive paycheck (full-time Team Members start between $9.00-10.00 per hour, with additional pay for Leadership positions), you will work in a nurturing environment where you will learn valuable business and people skills. In additional, interested individuals will have an opportunity to earn Chick-fil-A Leadership Scholarships, vacation time, and retirement plan matching contributions.
