Production Facilitator

Aurora food company is hiring a Production Facilitator to provide customer service by managing all outbound and return orders entered into SAP.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for actively troubleshooting any transactions, pricing or other issue that might develop.
• Customer Service Representative desk is the "hub" of all information in and out around the company.
• Working with every dept and all 3 Colorado production facilities and the corporate office.
• Most orders come in through email - gradually converting larger customers to pre-populated spreadsheets for simplicity but most of the order entry is very manual.
• Very little phone work, but must be willing to provide back up support

Qualifications:

• Very proficient in Excel (more than just data entry)
• Experience in agriculture or production setting
• SAP, ERP, or MSP experience preferred
