About this job
Ensures all closings are completed, and meet company and investor standards. Verifies all applicable data within Encompass loan origination system are accurate.
Responsibilities
- Clearing Loan Approval Conditions
- Complete review of loan file to ensure compliance with all closing/funding requirement and packaging to settlement agent.
- Corresponds proactively and with proper communication to Attorney`s / Title Companies
- Encompass data entry
- Reviewing all applicable insurance policies
- Fee sheet and invoice review
- Final LE/CD review
- ECOA/Appraisal delivery final review
- Assists with any questions or issues that develop during the process
- Proactively communicate with internal staff to resolve any workflow or loan level issues
- Follow specific department processes, i.e. cancellations, non-closed loans, RTC, etc.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and handle several priorities at once
- Exceptional organization skills
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude, while handling changing situations and fast deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Encompass a plus
- Ability to hear and understand borrower and business partners inquiries
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and changing priorities
