MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED!
DIRECT HIRE- 1ST SHIFT - COMPETITIVE SALARY
TOP 3 must haves:
1. Electrical repair - experience with PLC (3 phase, 480V)
2. Mechanical repair - experience with Pneumatic & hydraulics in machinery.
3. Controls experience - VFD (variable frequency drives), servo motors
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine monthly equipment and building maintenance per the preventative maintenance schedule.
- Maintain the maintenance stockroom and equipment files, updating as needed.
- Report required repairs found during preventative maintenance checks to the Maintenance Manager to determine direction on schedule and plan for repairs.
- Perform spot maintenance for production and laboratory equipment, as needed, to prevent injury to personnel or damage to equipment.
- Interface with contractors regarding mechanical and electrical work within facility.
- Continuously maintain daily work logs.
- Safely and efficiently perform work as directed by management.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
