Job Description
Subway in Roswell is looking for Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will report to the District Manager and supervise your Assistant Manager and staff. The Manager ensures that staff are performing their job duties and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions. As Manager, you will operate the restaurants consistent with and supportive of the Business Plan set forth for your store. Long term stability and growth opportunity. Job Responsibilities
Our Managers are passionate about the restaurant business. Here are some key responsibilities:
•Responsible for managing staff members, financials, labor issues, inventory, quality and customer service efforts
•Recruiting, hiring, training and coaching for all staff level positions to ensure the highest levels of customer service in our restaurants
•Ensuring the consistent quality of service, safety and other standards that our employees and customers expect
•Complete financial responsibility including accounting, P&L statement management, inventory, managing costs
•Coaching and leading the team members, engage the customers in the restaurant daily to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction
Job Requirements
Our Managers are some of the best in the restaurant industry. Here are some keys to your success:
•At least 3+ years' experience in the retail restaurant business as a Manager or Supervisor or 1+ years' experience as a General Manager of a high/medium volume store ($500,000 sales+)
•Strong presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, coaching skills, customer service skills and interpersonal relationship skills
•Strong sense of customer service, management skills and a strong passion for the food service and restaurant industry
•Ability to coach team members and interact with customers in the restaurants
