Job Description:
- Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound calls taking payments on behalf of Comcast and Time Warner Cable
- Primary duty is to collect payments and resolve customer service related issues
- Conflict resolution and entering customer data into databases
- Heavy data entry and database navigating
- Maintain highest level of customer service
- Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
