Job Description:

  • Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound calls taking payments on behalf of Comcast and Time Warner Cable
  • Primary duty is to collect payments and resolve customer service related issues
  • Conflict resolution and entering customer data into databases
  • Heavy data entry and database navigating
  • Maintain highest level of customer service
  • Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
