An established global solar project management firm is seeking a Construction Admin for their field site in Cantile, CA (near California City, CA)

This would be a contract position for 9-12 months.

Summary/Objective

This position provides administrative support to the construction coordinator as needed (e.g., correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, payroll).

Essential Functions

  1. Conduct new-employee orientations at headquarters to ensure
  2. Process monthly billings for providers. Review billings for accuracy, codes and advances for payment. Resolve discrepancies with carriers, payroll and the company. Complete reports for management as requested.
  3. Act as a liaison with various insurance carriers and foster effective relationships with client representatives.
  4. Act as a resource for payroll/HR contacts to ensure their understanding or policies and regulations. Keep management advised of potential problem areas and recommend/implement solutions as appropriate.
  5. Perform outreach to community sources as needed.
  6. Write, revise, edit and proofread company policies and procedures and related documents as needed.

These is a work to contract position that will last 9-12 months.

Pay ranges depending on experience ($16-19/hr)
