Primary Responsibilities:

Lead high visibility program and project objectives and deliverables
Drive progress, coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas utilizing standard project management documentation (project plans, risk trackers, etc.)
Coordinating tasks and tight timelines of multiple projects numerous stakeholders, functional areas and project teams leading to a timely delivery  
Manage stakeholder expectations, coordinating multiple project managers and technology partners  working within a program or portfolio and manage resource and delivery conflicts among projects
Subject Matter Expert in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques
Clearly and articulately prepare a variety of  executive communications in regard to performance of projects at the program level and to define, track and report benefits for deliverables
Lead in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve decision making and action
Build and mature internal reporting and operational processes to achieve efficiencies and enhance program

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


 BA / BS degree
4+ years of project management, process improvement or portfolio management experience
4+ years of experience planning and tracking projects, working with large data sets and making data - driven analytical decisions
Proven track record in project / program delivery as evidenced by meeting requirements for budget, schedule and quality
Strong interpersonal skills, including positive assertiveness, professional communication, relationship building, and effective written and verbal communication
Excellent facilitation, communication, time / project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal skills, including 2+ years of experience with requirements gathering via formal sessions (e.g., JADs), presentation requirements documents, PowerPoint presentations, and extensive meeting facilitation with all levels
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and balance multiple accountabilities
Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, Six Sigma or Scrum Master Certification
Proficiency with Visio, SharePoint
Health care industry experience
