About this job

Responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of an assigned group of patients. Collaborates with the Nurse Manager and other members of the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Uses clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat the patient's responses to actual or potential health conditions. Assesses, monitors, detects, plans, and takes appropriate action to prevent potential physiological complications associated with specific health problems and/or medical treatment.

Basic Qualifications:

Education - Associate's Degree or equivalent in Nursing,Graduate of an approved school of Nursing, Bachelors of Science in Nursing must be obtained within 7 years for those who start in this RN role on or after January 1, 2017

Licenses - Registered Nurse (RN)

Basic Life Support (BLS) Note used for BLS,CPR & BCLS- Within 180 days of hire

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 180 days

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience - 1 year of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in clinical
