Basic Qualifications:

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Strong communication skills  - must be comfortable educating customers on the cool things DSW offers customers such as our DSW Rewards program and Buy Online Ship to Store or Home
  • Flexible with starting and stopping tasks in-between taking care of customers
  • Proficient in use of technology to manage customer transactions
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include nights, weekends
