Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the in-house building services program, consisting of maintenance and cleaning services
• Ensure compliance with facilities programs, processes and procedures
• Work with building services manager, maintenance and cleaning crews to help educate and develop individuals on programs, processes and procedures
• Share oversight and responsibility for successful completion of work orders for building and systems
• Share responsibility for facilities budgeting and fiscal performance
• Conduct daily store inspection, including walk through, and complete corrective actions
• Handle floor, wall and ceiling repairs, as well as painting/refinishing and minor housekeeping tasks
• Perform maintenance and/or repairs to HVAC system, kitchen equipment, plumbing system and electrical fixtures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization according to safety guidelines, including use of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
• Extensive experience in more than one of the following areas required: dry walling, plumbing, basic electrical and/or carpentry
• Experience in operating maintenance equipment, such as hand and power tools, measuring devices, test equipment and cleaning equipment, required
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong math and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Computer proficiency, including use of purchase order systems, profit and loss reports and scheduling tools preferred
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs
