About The Role: Nutrition Advisor
A Nutrition Advisor for Harmon Face Values provides extraordinary customer service through nutritional advice to Harmon Face Values customers. The number one priority of a Harmon Face Values Nutrition Advisor is aiding our customers in their pursuit and understanding of a healthy and active lifestyle through the various lines of nutritional products we offer. Having a passion for healthy living, vast product knowledge, and providing merchandising and nutritional support for Harmon Face Values customers are important qualities needed for this job.
Job Responsibilities
• Use product knowledge, with high levels of customer service, to educate customers and assist them in making appropriate product selections
• Use evidence based nutritional guidelines, product information and all available resources to educate customers and assist them in reaching their goals
• Collaborate with the store team to train, support and achieve established sales goals and expand associate nutritional understanding
Qualifications
• Advanced knowledge of nutritional supplements and the ability to communicate this to our customer base and store staff
• Passion for health, nutrition and fitness
• Retail specialty nutrition experience and nutritional education are a plus, but not required
