JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Monitor employee entrance and exits at all times
  • Perform employee bag checks
  • Monitor electronic surveillance cameras and alarms
  • Promote a safe environment for employees and respond to emergency situations
  • Maintain communication with store management and Corporate Loss Prevention (LP) provider on policy compliance
  • Partner with Corporate LP provider on all investigations
  • Manage store key control processes and logs
  • Manage employee locker process
    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 3 years of retail service/environment and/or loss prevention experience
    Additional Qualifications
  • Experience with working on a computer
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with fellow employees, supervisors and consumers
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • High attention to detail
  • Decisiveness and accountability
  • Proven ability to react with a sense of urgency
