FULL TIME/PART TIME
Part time
- Monitor employee entrance and exits at all times
- Perform employee bag checks
- Monitor electronic surveillance cameras and alarms
- Promote a safe environment for employees and respond to emergency situations
- Maintain communication with store management and Corporate Loss Prevention (LP) provider on policy compliance
- Partner with Corporate LP provider on all investigations
- Manage store key control processes and logs
- Manage employee locker process
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum 3 years of retail service/environment and/or loss prevention experience
Additional Qualifications - Experience with working on a computer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with fellow employees, supervisors and consumers
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- High attention to detail
- Decisiveness and accountability
- Proven ability to react with a sense of urgency
