Manager In Training/Person In Charge (PIC)

The Manager In Training/Person In Charge (PIC) leads various shifts in the absence of the General Manager and/or Assistant Managers.  Responsibilities include leading all functions of the Jimmy John's restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered, as well as the successful execution of fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.  The position reports to the General Manager and Ownership.  

The successful candidate must be able to read and communicate in english.  The position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetive motions, cognitive skills, standing and moving about the entire store unit the entire day.  Must be able to lift 50 pounds.  Must be able to work all positions in the store to include in-shop and delivery driver.  Willing to work early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends as business dictates.  Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.  Ability to handle and resolve customer issues and employee issues.  Skill to use a personal computer, as well as various software.  Ability to handle stress and high-volume operations.
