Hair Stylist (full-time/part-time)

Zoe Salon & Spa located in Fair Oaks Mall is looking for a full-time/part-time Hair Stylist to join our team. We are a premier salon in Fairfax with a focus on what is current in the beauty industry. Our clients expect friendly, knowledgeable stylists to take care of all their styling needs.

Currently, we are looking for someone to fill weekend and evening hours. Ideal candidates are team players with a passion for their profession, and our location in Fair Oaks Mall is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated Hair Stylists to excel. A perfect opportunity to build a clientele or bring your current clients over to our friendly, full service salon.

Earn 50% service commission plus bonus paid on service sales over $3500 per pay period (semi-monthly payroll), as well as retail bonus on product sales. We also offer product education through our vendor partners, as well as ongoing coaching and mentoring to grow your client base. Additional benefits available for full-time employees include paid vacation, health insurance, disability, discounted salon/employee services as well as 40% employee discount for retail purchases.
