Job Summary:
Must be able to utilize established service behavior standards and promote a positive and upbeat environment for guests and employees; can accurately tender all guests checks and keep variances to a minimum.The responsibility of the Hostess/Host is to provide superior guest services such as greeting, first impression of El Burro Boracho , provide property information as well as being resourceful and multi-tasked.
Job Description:
* Ability tocontinuously stand and maneuver in a confined area. * Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift. * Ability to carry/clean menus, remove dishes, process to-go orders, move tables and chairs for large parties, seat customers, and clean tables as needed. Ability to process micros/cash transactions accurately. * Ability to tolerate area's containing second hand smoke. * Flexibility to reach above head and below knees, bend at knees or waist and twist to set tables for guests. * Ability to acknowledge, greet, and converse in English with guests and co-workers.
Qualifications:
1 year cash handling experience preferred
SNHD Food Handler Card
High School Diploma
Available to work any day of the week
