Licensed Customs House Broker needed in Western Nassau County, NY!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee a team of entry writers
- Keep up with development, work flow and daily operations of the Brokerage department
- Daily operations include but are not limited to: ISF, entry writing, Auto Rating, ACH processes, deliveries and billing, etc.
- Handle pre and post entry functions supporting all offices
- MUST be a licensed Customs House Broker; strong experience and knowledge about FDA procedures and compliance highly preferred.
- Must be familiar with CargoWise One. (Only candidates with CargoWise One experience will be considered)
- Ability to supervise a team of 8 - 10 associates
- At least 5 - 10 years as a Customs House Broker
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience supervising entry writers
