If you do not have a basic knowledge of scratch baking and measurements please do not apply. All applicants must audition for this position and be able to correctly bake one of the cafes popular desserts to the satisfaction of our management team, as well as one of their favorite deserts.
Dependable and caring person who knows the art of fine pastry production. Must be interested in pastry as well as have the ability and dedication to learn new things. You will start with the basics of understanding our process and progress as you learn the Goose Feathers way. Must have some flexibility in schedule, a discerning palate, be clean & well groomed and be teachable. Currently the hours will be Mon 5:30am-3:30pm , Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun 7:30am-2:30pm. However to be consider for the position you must have advanced baking knowledge and be good with fractions and measurements. You must be a morning person, have a discerning palette, be clean and well groomed and be teachable, have reliable transportation and available to work weekends. Additional Information
Free Meal on days you work more than 6 hours. Hourly pay is between $12-$13 per hour depending on applicants skill set. Plus a Monthly Bonus
