Accountabilities in this role
Provide register coverage as needed and ensure strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transaction-Serve as primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management
Responsibilities include:
- Complex calendar management
- Arrange travel and process expense reports
- Coordinate and support on-site/off-site meetings and events, including securing facilities and managing catering requirements
- Manage building/facilities/supplies/equipment for the 3 organizations
- Manage new hire set-up, including ordering equipment, securing office space, order office suppliers
- Manage equipment inventory and asset tracking
- Lead special projects as appropriate
The Supervisor, who would be attached to you on-line, He/She would assign logs of duty daily and you would be required to work according to instructions, using the Microsoft Office tools and the Accounting software. Now the function of the Accounting software is to arrange, formalize and manage the data you have processed, sent to your supervisor via E-mail.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree, high school diploma in related field, or equivalent work experience
