A successful Paid Social Lead candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-4+ years of Paid Social optimization experience (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, PMDs, Twitter)
  • Deep knowledge of at least one major sports category (NCAAF, NFL, NBA, NCAAB, Soccer, NHL, MLB)
  • Ability to think strategically about both customer and market information
  • Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologies

 Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • Manages all Paid Social media efforts and media strategy for the Sports Tune-In Strategy
  • Acts as a subject matter expert on all things Paid Social and ensure both the organization and internal partners understand the effects of changes in the marketplace
  • Creates and executes campaigns under tight timeframes and manages budgets for Paid Social team
  • Make Daily optimization decisions and changes within media buying platforms
  • Partner across the marketing organization to ensure holistic campaigns that together deliver significant market share shift
  • Develops and analyze key marketing data and use it to drive actionable efforts across Digital tactics’
