About this job
Responsible for activities involving quality management system development, maintenance,
continual improvement and conformity with applicable ISO9001/AS9100 standard.
Apply knowledge of document control, root cause corrective action, risk analysis, internal auditing,
to meet the needs of the business.
* Assist Top Management in establishing, implementing and maintaining Quality Management
System (QMS) processes, including development and revision of documented information
* Assist Top Management in ensuring conformance to current ISO9001/AS9100 standard
* Administration and facilitation of QMS Management Review Meetings including collection of information from organization departments
* Manage document control for QMS related procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.
* Support/conduct internal, 2nd party and 3rd party audits based on ISO9001/AS9100
Including gathering information and providing objective evidence for the auditor.
* Lead Process Council in the analysis of information and development of continuous
Improvement activities for the organization
* Support Quality Engineers (audit activity) to ensure supply chain quality objectives are met,
And other program quality objective are achieved
* Perform QMS training and/or coordinates training for organization as required, including
Supply Chain development activities
* Perform risk analysis of company operations and maintain the risk register for the organization
* Coordinate/support resolution of non-conformances to include supplier corrective actions
* Maintains positive work relationships with peers and management
* Supports the team environment
* Encourages cooperative work activities
* Gives and receives appropriate feedback
* Solicits input from others where appropriate
* Conducts interpersonal exchanges with cordial respect
* Communicates directly and appropriately with team members when there is conflict
