About this job

Our client is a provider of professional development curriculum and instructional design for the educational community of teachers, classrooms, and workshops. We are assisting them in a search for an Administrative Assistant to support a team. You would be involved in travel arrangements, keeping office calendars, creating, editing marketing materials. Coordinate events, trade shows, conferences. Assist with newsletter preparation.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong technology skills, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps. Multi-task, self -starter, can work as a team and independently. Strong administrative, organizational and analytical skills.
