The Opportunity
The Valet Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Valet/Parking Attendants in parking the patron's vehicle in the valet parking area, watching over the patron's vehicle while parked in the valet parking area, and returning the patron's vehicle when the patron is ready to leave in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards. Must be at least 21 years old. Must be able to obtain an Arkansas Racing License.
Essential Functions:
- Overseeing the valet process and directing the activities of Valet Parkers in the process of parking guest cars.
- Works in the designated valet parking area.
- Issues the patron a numbered valet parking ticket and collects the valet parking fee
- Occasionally parks the vehicle for the patron and returns the vehicle and keys to the patron when he/she is ready to leave
- Watches over the vehicles parked in the valet parking area to assure their safety, calls the Security office if there is a problem
- Greet customers positively and in a professional manner
Non-essential Functions:
- Performs other duties as required.
Education & Experience:
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a standard shift vehicle as well as an automatic shift vehicle.
- Must have driving experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to park the vehicles.
- Must be able to read and write tickets
Physical Requirements:
- Walking, Standing, Running for extended periods
