Base salary of $65k +/-, plus commission plan & bonus.

Immediate opening with growing drug screening / testing company.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Three to five years related marketing experience
  • Experience in administration of drug testing programs/substance abuse counseling preferred
  • Expertise in computerized applications
  • Experience in service to business/industry preferable
  • Experience in pricing/budgeting/rate negotiations.
  • Excellent written/oral communication/presentation skills required
  • Supervisory experience required

RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY:  responsible for the comprehensive development, marketing, and implementation of drug testing accounts.  Position will provide related support services, including operational and technical set-up, educational training, and related pricing and QA services.

You will help realize company growth via client solicitation and recruitment, pricing systems, marketing programs, management training, client education and consultation, and the development of product enhancements.

Mostly working out of Birmingham area office, with some travel involved.
