We are looking for an innovative individual who can encourage and inspire others to join our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. This position is responsible for hiring and training our caregiving workforce. The right candidate needs to be sincerely interested in the development and success of others in a very fast paced, growing organization. LPN or CNA a plus. Previous HR experience preferred but not required.

This is a full-time hourly position with a five-day work week that includes every other Saturday and Sunday plus on call on the weekend worked. Office work hours are typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but may vary on occasion. The position hires and trains for two service territories and can be based either in Louisville, KY or in New Albany, IN.
Benefits include paid sick days, paid vacation, paid holidays including birthday and monthly mileage stipend.
Drug screen and criminal background checks are conducted on all applicants.
Education/Experience Requirements
- LPN or CNA preferred
- Human Resources support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Windows and Office 365 required
