Customer Service Rep

Currently hiring Customer Service Representatives in the south metro.

Performance is based on QUALITY over quantity.

Long term career, 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts

These reps will be servicing BMW owners and Rolls Royce owners with various questions. They could be Account Management related, unlocking car doors, finding a stolen/lost car, directions to location, or even just joke of the day. They really can call for about anything, its their job to do their best in assisting the customer. The call volume will range daily and during the times of the day, they could take anywhere from 30 to 80 calls. They care more about quality than quantity. They will be required to record information into their specific program.
