Description

The People and Performance Management team is responsible for supporting engagement, communications, customer experience, data analytics, reporting and improvement activities across the operational footprint.  The Business Support Manager II role is suited to an adaptable self starter with the desire to drive results and who possesses the capabilities to forge strong partnerships and deliver through influencing and collaborating with others. 


 Primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop objectives and strategic plan for People & Performance Management
  • Identify improvement opportunities through data analytics and stakeholder interaction
  • Prioritize competing opportunities and develop compelling business cases for change
  • Create a framework to embed voice of the customer leading to improved service and satisfaction
  • Enhance key performance indicators to effectively measure customer, risk, financial and colleague business performance
  • Improve colleague capability among large operational populations by identifying gaps, planning and implementing training and development initiatives
  • Design, build, and produce executive level reports and presentations
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across divisions

Qualifications

·    Required Skills/Experience:

  •        5+ years relevant business experience
  •        Ability to multi task, prioritize and work independently
  •        Track record of fostering collaboration and innovative thinking
  •        Ability to work under own initiative and drive results
  •        Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •        Strong ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  •        Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  •        Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  •        Ability to analyze data, identify trends and formulate proposals 
  •        Outstanding ability to synthesize content and communicate high level messaging
  •        Excellent time management skills; goal driven while also meeting day to day business needs

Pr  Preferred Skills/Experience:

  •        Knowledge of Operations and the Commercial Banking business

E   Education:

  •        Bachelor's Degree preferred or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week:  40

Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
