Our independently-owned Home Instead Senior Care franchise in Skippack is recruiting for a Home Care Consultant to participate in marketing initiatives and coordination in all areas of Client Care support. This position will require a team player, self-starter, with proven marketing experience, exceptional customer service, communication and technology skills. Working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical, your ability to handle a volume of inquiries with a sense of urgency and adaptability to changing priorities is essential. Some weekends, evenings or off-times required for support along with local travel requirements.
 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Reasoning Ability: Ability to interact with CAREGivers, senior clients and health care professionals at various levels demonstrating tact, respect, courtesy with primary focus on fast-cycle delivery of a high standard of care. Good organizational, analytical and planning skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks on a routine basis. Must demonstrate sound judgment and good decision making skills. Must demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software and Spreadsheet software. Must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word). Training will be provided on internal systems.

Education: High school diploma required
 

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year office experience with computer related experience; one (1) year marketing and senior care industry related experience preferred.
