Maintenance Data Entry Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

BASIC PURPOSE: The Gemini Maintenance Data Entry controls maintenance cost of all trucks and trailers.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Issue PO#’s for truck and trailer repairs.

·        Knowledge of Truck and Trailer parts and repairs.

·        Process repair invoices into computer program TMT.

·        Able to maintain truck and trailer inventory.

·        Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations

·         Able to research invoices.

·         Other duties assigned as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school Diploma or equivalent required

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

·         Skills:

• Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Soft Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self motivated, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritize

·         Typical Physical Demands:

• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
