Job Duties:

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling our customer's highest level of service issues to ensure escalations are resolved in an efficient and timely manner. From assisting with claims to helping people find a provider, you are with our customers every step of the way. Agents are responsible for providing our customers polite, accurate information.

Requirements

* Prior customer service experience preferred

* Self-motivated and able to work independently

* Excellent communication skills

* Professional, articulate voice

* Ability to multitask; listening, inputting data, providing solutions, navigating through various screens while applying customer satisfaction techniques

* Type 25 words per minute

* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
